Entry Deadlines: Each sport has its own entry deadline. Deadlines are typically 4-7 days prior to each competition to give the Commissioners time to prepare.

Saturday - June 7, 2025
9:45 a.m. - Competition begins
American 900 Round
In Yards- 30 arrows at each distance of 60, 50 and 40 yards
122 cm 10 Ring FITA Face; NAA and NFAA Target Rules Apply
There will be a lunch break after the second distance is shot.
Sunday - June 8, 2025
9:45 a.m. - Competition begins
Double 300 Round
40cm target (one spot or three spot)
60 arrows at 20 yards

Information….

Recommended Dress Code :
White, Navy, or Khaki bottom; any color top.
Please provide your own bows, arrows, shade and seating.

Target Assignments shall be posted near the walkway as you enter the archery area from the parking lot.

Equipment Inspection Friday and Saturday morning for all registered competitors prior to shooting

NO COACHES/PARENTS SHALL BE ALLOWED IN THE ATHLETE AREA (THIS INCLUDES PRACTICE) NO EXCEPTIONS.
Archers will hang their own target faces with their bale mates and if they need assistance a judge will assist them.

Please be respectful and remain seated and abide by all rules.
Please do not sit, put canopies, or equipment on the concrete safety walkway.
Shouting/yelling to the athletes is not permitted and you may be removed from the venue!

Smoking/Vaping is not permitted and NO ALCOHOL at the archery range.

Light snacks and drinks available for sale on the range.

CVA Tournament Range Location: CVA’s Tournament Range is located at 5100 Bennett Road, Simi Valley, CA 91320.
Location Details: Mapping software may guide you to the Tapo Canyon Park main entrance. This event is being held at CVA’s east entrance, at Bennet Road, off Tapo Canyon Road, 3.6 miles from the Tapo Canyon exit from Hwy 118. All days of the event will be held at this location on CVA’s range. Follow the CVA Signs that point to the Tournament and 3D Ranges.
Food and Concessions: A snack bar will be available on site. Please plan on bringing food with you for lunch (recommended) or plan adequate time to leave the range to get food. Water will be available on the range.
Weather, Seating, Conditions: Please prepare for direct sun, heat, and wind. CVA will not be providing seating, so bring adequate seating for both archers and spectators. We will have a few easy ups; it is highly recommended you bring your own shade and an ample supply of water and snacks. Easy ups must be staked. The range is rocky dirt, so be prepared for dust.
Cellular service on CVA’s Tournament Range can be spotty. Those with Verizon or AT&T usually experience the best service, though do not expect to be streaming videos while on our range.
Late Registrations not accepted.
No onsite registrations.
Archery fee is $10/event, plus one-time Athlete registration fee of $40.
