CVA’s Leadership Team

CVA operates through a Board of Directors. The Board includes Directors-at-Large, a slate of elected Officers, and an appointed Treasurer who also serves as a Board Member. Directors-at-Large serve two year terms and are elected by the General Membership of CVA. The terms of Directors-at-Large are staggered so that half the Directors-at-Large positions are up for election each year. The Officer positions of President, Vice-President, and Secretary are elected each year. The Treasurer is also appointed annually by the Board.
